Our technicians are fully trained to complete repairs and diagnostic checks on your Apple Watch, but please note that we will need your iPhone to be present at the time of booking the Apple Watch for support or repairs so it can be unpaired from the iPhone which will also trigger a final backup of data from your Apple Watch to the iPhone. This data will be restored to the Apple Watch when repairs are completed, and the devices are repaired.

How long will my Apple Watch repair take?
Most repairs are completed in 3-5 working days. These are approximate time frames; we aim to complete your repair in the timeliest manner possible. There are some exceptions: iPhone display and battery replacements: Completed within the same working day where possible.
