How long will my Airpods repair take?
Most repairs are completed the same day where possible. These are approximate time frames; we aim to complete your repair in the timeliest manner possible. There are some exceptions.

All repairs from Apple Shop Uganda come with a 90-day parts warranty or are covered by the remainder of any existing warranty or guarantee, whichever is longer.

At Apple Shop Uganda, we offer same day screen and battery repair before 2pm and for other repairs, we aim to get your device back in your hands within 3-5 days.*
All repairs from Apple Shop Uganda come with a 90-day parts warranty or are covered by the remainder of any existing warranty or guarantee, whichever is longer.
With repair centres located in Kampala Uganda, we make it convenient for you to drop off and collect your repair.

Please make sure you have a back-up of your data before your device is handed in for repair. Depending on the service required, data and applications stored on the device will be erased or the device may be replaced. To extent where applicable by law, Apple Shop Uganda is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any data or consequential loss which may occur as a result of the services we provide.
